Brunch Event at La Fromagerie

On Saturday 18 May I’m going to be hosting a brunch event at one of my favourite food spots in London- La Fromagerie in Marylebone. If anyone would like to pop along, I think there are a few seats left.

I’m going to be working with the chefs in their kitchen and with their beautiful produce to recreate some of the dishes from the book.

The morning will start in Sydney with a coffee, served with Latte Banana Bread made with Le Piantagioni Coffee paired with  butter from Monsieur Bordier in Brittany. We then venture to Iceland with Blueberry Skyr; cinnamon & almond crumble layered with blueberries & creamy greek yoghurt/skyr.

We’ll also make some Labne to accompany a Tartine of Roast Red Grapes & Walnuts.  We finish with Pea, Basil & Feta Fritters with Roasted Tomatoes paired with a chilled glass of Prosecco.

It’s £35 per head, with plenty of food, coffee and fizz. And for those who haven’t made it along to La Fromagerie– I highly recommend it. It’s a great spot for cheese, wine, cake and coffee. All of the good things in life, in one place.
